SJS Bulb Night Series – New Bishan Park
Event Info:
SJS Bulb Night Returns – to the newly re-opened Bishan Park. SJS’s last visit to Bishan Park was in June 2010 “Automatic Night”. This round, we will be doing Bulb Night – playing with Flash Strobing, Light Trails, Writing with Lights, Painting with Lights, etc, while exploring the the park. Techniques will be shared during the outing, however, your creativity will determine your final photos.

SJS ToyArt Series – Bugis Village
Event Info:
SJS ToyArt Series  – Returns with a Little Twist. We are combining ToyArt with Night Street Photography at Bugis Village. Now, this is not going to be easy, we all know how crowded Bugis Village can be, the challenge here is, let your toys blend into the bustling night of Bugis Village.

Meet: Fu Lu Shou Complex (Entrance Nearest to OG).

SJS – Chek Jawa Expediton
Event Info:
SJS Last visited Chek Jawa on a stormy day in August 2010. It’s been a while and we are going back again, to be away from the city, to embrace nature, with our cameras, friends and hopefully, good weather. From Landscape to Macro photography, Ubin/ Chek Jawa Offers breath-taking sceneries, but to get there, only the tough will arrive.

Where: Chek Jawa, Pulau Ubin
Meet: Changi Domestic Ferry Terminal. (Changi Village)

SJS Limited Series – Kit Lens/ Compact Night – Food Shoot
Event Info:
SJS Loves Food as much as We Love to Shoot. We are returning to East Coast Lagoon Hawker Centre once again! The lure of the excellent local food, the laid-back feel and of course, the shooting environment just makes it worth returning there to do a casual food shoot. However, this time, this will be made into a Kit Lens/ Compact Night – a Limited Series.

PSS/ SJS Combined Shoot for October 2012 – Geylang by Morning
Event Info:
PSS & SJS Combined Outing for the Month of October 2012.
We are taking a morning stroll through Geylang. We will document the “aftermath”, left behind by the “Animals” from the night before and try to harvest the essence of Geylang in the innocence of broad daylight – before the cycle re-runs itself.

SJS “The Bus Ride”
Event Info:
SJS is taking you for ride – literally! This is one of the weirdest shoot ever – it’s called the “Bus Ride”. We are going to capture the running images that we sees on the ride, capture discreet photos of other passengers and the thousand possibilities of the things they will do, while on the same bus. Got a strange Mental Picture already, this one is new!

Where: On a SBS Bus
Meet: Harbourfront Bus Interchange.
When: 31st Oct 2012 (Wednesday)
Meeting Time: 07.30pm (Briefing & Group Photo & Board the Bus)
Optional Dinner at 6.45pm at Seah Im Food Centre, next to Bus Interchange.
Attire: Anything.
