Sony Presents Alpha Fest: Where Innovation and Creativity Converge!

14th September 2023, Singapore – Alpha Fest happening at Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, Digital Light Canvas (Basement 2) on 29 September 2023 – 1 October 2023. Sony, a trailblazer in the world of digital imaging, is thrilled to invite shutterbugs of all levels and the public to Alpha Fest. Event attendees will be able to participate in professional sharing sessions featuring international photographer Mark Galer, interactive showcases, educational talks and more, that will redefine the photographer’s experience.

Visit Alpha Fest for a weekend that promises to be a journey into the world of photography. Whether you are an amateur or a seasoned pro, we welcome you experience the magic of Sony Alpha and to #beAlpha.

Featured International Speaker

Mark Galer

MARK GALER is a photographer, educator and published author (30 books for Focal Press). He has a commercial background in editorial photography (over 200 magazine articles) and has been a Sony Imaging Ambassador since 2012 (Mark still owns the original A100 Alpha DSLR as well as a range of the latest Alpha cameras). Mark was a Program Director and Senior Lecturer in Photography at RMIT University in Melbourne. He lives in Melbourne with his family and has circumnavigated the globe on a motorcycle.​

Mark is using his wealth of experience as both a photographer and educator to support the Sony Alpha Community. His Patreon Platform allows him to engage with the Alpha community to offer support and guidance. He has a range of camera-specific eBooks that Patrons can download + CAMSET files (camera setup files) for late model Full-Frame cameras + over 20-hours of member-only video seminars to help Alpha owners master the craft of photography.​
