2014 Stats for Ourshutterjourney.com
1

30th December 2014, Singapore – WordPress had just emailed me the summary of this website earlier and I am pleased to share with you, our readers, followers, advertisers, sponsors & subscribers! I could have keep this report confidential but I decided to share with everyone in view of the recent incidents that had happened involving local bloggers pointing fingers at each other on their followers statistics etc.

The key thing here is, if you have good content, there is no need to buy “followers” to please “advertisers”. I had build my audience over the years and I had advertised on many related websites and search engines to generate awareness that resulted in today’s statistics. Whenever I present my web stats to advertisers, I log on to my dashboard/ stats page in front of the advertisers and show them what I’ve got. I do not believe in numbers manipulations.

I am certainly pleased to share that if you need the original report from wordpress for the statistics for this site, please feel free to email me. I will forward you a copy. For now, I am extracting the key numbers from the full report and post here.

Like some veteran bloggers had told me in the past,
“If you have good contents, there is no need to find readers, readers will find their way to you.” In good faith, I had tried to create timeless contents that eventually became online resources which visitors from all over the world came looking for it.

Check out the key numbers below!
